The Cloud and The New eDiscovery

 The cloud and the new eDiscovery was the topic of discussion this past Tuesday at The eDiscovery Breakfast Club event sponsored by Digital Reef.

The breakfast was held at The Downtown Association located in New York City. Attorneys, legal, litigation support and IT professionals all attended the event and participated in a lively discussion on eDiscovery in the cloud.

To kick off the breakfast, CTO and Founder of Digital Reef, Steve Akers moderated a panel on SaaS-based eDiscovery. Daniel Garrie, Special Master in eDiscovery and David Whitehead, Director of Hildebrandt Baker Robbins, served as the panel and touched on both the strengths and weaknesses of SaaS-based electronic discovery. 

Following the panel, attendees shared their thoughts on e-discovery in the cloud and what the future may hold.
